At Welovetropicalplants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your greenery. If your plant or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original protective packaging, ensuring live plants are secured to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our nursery team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
